We are seeking a talented Digital Experience Designer to craft innovative digital experiences and elevate our online presence.

Responsibilities
  • Create visually appealing, user-friendly designs for websites, mobile apps, and interactive platforms, aligning solutions with business goals.
  • Conduct user research to understand needs and translate findings into design solutions, including persona development and journey mapping.
  • Develop pre-design materials such as diagrams, flowcharts, and sitemaps, followed by wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate concepts.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure feasible and aligned designs; contribute to design systems and conduct UI/UX audits for improvement.
  • Design with a focus on increasing conversion rates and measurable outcomes, iterating through usability testing and feedback.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies; support team presentations and contribute to innovation discussions.
  • Mentor junior designers and manage projects from concept to delivery with minimal supervision.
  • Utilize data-driven insights from tools like heatmaps and Google Analytics to inform design decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field; 2-4 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in IT. Strong portfolio required.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and other design tools.
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Team-oriented and proactive in staying updated with design trends and technologies.
