Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Director to oversee the operational aspects of our business, driving growth and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of skills, including real estate knowledge, computational expertise, strong interpersonal skills, legal acumen, customer service experience, financial analysis capabilities, certification, logistics knowledge, industry awareness, accounting expertise, IT proficiency, public speaking skills, problem-solving abilities, plan implementation skills, critical thinking, presentation skills, motivational knowledge, product knowledge, leadership qualities, time management, crisis management, risk management, excellent oral and written communication skills, and budgeting expertise.

Main Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and enhance operational processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Growth Strategies: Develop and implement plans to drive business expansion.
  • Client Liaison: Ensure quality assurance through close collaboration with clients.
  • Fundraising: Secure capital from banks or external investors to fuel growth and achieve sales objectives.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to all employees, including management.
  • Staff Motivation: Encourage staff to meet or exceed organizational and sales targets.
  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with the HR department to recruit skilled personnel and retain top talent.
  • Head Hunting: Identify and recruit top candidates to benefit the company.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, making adjustments as needed.
  • Idea Presentation: Share new concepts and cash flow strategies with the board of directors and other senior officers.
  • Sales Strategy: Direct acquisitions and sales of assets to align with organizational goals.
  • Performance Evaluation: Assess the success of implemented sales plans.
  • Employee Engagement: Implement a system for employee salaries and benefits, ensuring they feel valued.
  • Communication: Foster open communication between colleagues to facilitate information sharing and problem-solving.
  • Goal Setting: Establish comprehensive performance and growth targets.
  • Partnerships: Manage relationships with partners and vendors.
