The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indirect Tax Manager to lead our team. As a trusted advisor, you will have the opportunity to enhance your technical knowledge, be creative, and experience the challenge of delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the successful delivery of Indirect Tax engagements, taking a professional approach while ensuring technical excellence.
  • Manage large teams comprising client experts and consultant specialists, identifying opportunities in the market and developing our commercial proposition for new clients.
  • Build and maintain tax relationships with clients, advising them on indirect taxes such as VAT or GST, their impact on supply chains and financial systems, and identifying areas of risk.
  • Advise clients on taxation implications of international trade and assist them in complying with customs regulations.

Requirements:

  • A degree in economics, finance, or accounting.
  • A relevant Masters degree, CPA, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 6 years of experience as an Indirect Tax professional with advisory experience.
  • Experience working for a Big 4 accounting firm is preferred; however, candidates from law firms or with relevant industry experience will also be considered.
