What You'll Do

As a Transmission Controller, you will play a critical role in the success of our television channel.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and design broadcast schedules for playout, ensuring that the content is delivered smoothly and efficiently.

You will also supervise and assign duties to production staff, working closely with them to meet deadlines and quality standards.

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will be expected to:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  2. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in television broadcasting, applying this knowledge to improve the performance of the television channel.
  3. Work closely with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the overall performance of the television channel.
  4. Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the television channel and increase its visibility and reputation.
  5. Contribute to the development of innovative ideas and initiatives to enhance the overall performance of the television channel.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Master's Degree or equivalent in Educational Technology/Management from an HEC-recognized university is preferred.
  • Five years of experience as a Program Producer in radio, television, or a reputable government/semi-government/autonomous organization in visual media is required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of NDI technology and ability to apply it in practice.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
