Role Overview

The Credit Officer plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the hotel. As such, your responsibilities will include reviewing and assessing credit applications, establishing credit limits and terms, and monitoring accounts receivable.

You will work closely with the sales and front office teams to manage guest and company credit accounts, and ensure compliance with hotel policies and financial controls. In addition, you will prepare aging reports, analyze credit data, and identify potential risks.
