Business Development Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist to help us expand our global reach and achieve our ambitious growth targets. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through various strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and create new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends and opportunities.
  • Create and deliver impactful presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and close deals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role (candidates with 2+ years of experience may also apply).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong market research and analytical abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in client management and CRM tools is a plus.
