Job Title: Associate Business Analyst

This role is responsible for integrating various software products and platforms, managing their data, and collaborating with teams to ensure seamless integration and operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement integrations using APIs, webhooks, SFTP, and other tools.
  • Authenticate API requests with methods such as OAuth 2.0, API keys, and token-based authentication.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to analyze API documentation and identify endpoints aligned with business use cases.
  • Draft comprehensive API integration specifications and user requirement documents.
  • Test and validate APIs using tools like Postman, Swagger, and similar platforms.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and provide resolution support.
Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations, webhooks, SFTP servers, and JSON data structures.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Postman, Swagger, and API testing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with authentication protocols, including OAuth 2.0, API keys, and basic authentication.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, RESTful web services, and HTTP methods.
  • Experience with data entry and management tools, especially for CSV-based workflows.
Requirements:
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field or have technical experience.
  • Prior experience with API integration, data management, or software catalog creation is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with software products, SaaS platforms, or IT infrastructure is a plus.
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana is beneficial.
