Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join our team.

  • Collaborate with various departments to create comprehensive budgets, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.
  • Track financial performance against established KPIs and benchmarks.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Prepare accurate, timely financial reports and utilize Management Information Systems (MIS) to deliver insightful reports that facilitate decision-making.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should be a CA Finalist with at least 02 years of working experience in FP&A, preferably in an ERP environment.

Key Skills

Must be proficient in MS Office, preferably should have a good understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and possess good analytical and management skills.
