As a Business Analyst, you will be part of a team that ensures the successful implementation of our product at customer locations.

We are looking for an individual who can analyze, capture, and prioritize requirements for customer experience initiatives, helping clients achieve their goals and translating their vision into actionable project backlogs.

This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills, as well as the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels, with organizational and cultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Gathering project requirements in collaboration with clients.
  2. Defining business needs through requirements workshops.
  3. Developing functional requirements using use case specifications or user stories.
  4. Managing requirement changes and performing business process gap analysis.
  5. Serving as 'product owner' to guide the team towards project success.

Candidate profile:

An ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, have at least 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in digital banking, and have experience working in multicultural and international environments.

Skills & knowledge:

Essential:

  • University degree (preferably in business or IT).
  • At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in digital banking.
  • At least 5 years of client-facing experience.
  • Experience in requirements management and process modeling.
  • Knowledge of development methodologies like SCRUM, RUP, Kanban, Waterfall.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Perseverance and pragmatism in solving complex problems.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience working in multicultural and international environments.
  • Flexibility regarding work location and willingness to travel frequently.

Desirable:

  • Experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Experience with Digital Banking.
  • Familiarity with requirement management and project management tools.
