Web Development Team Lead Opportunity

The company is seeking a seasoned Team Leader to spearhead its Web Development team. This key position involves direct full lifecycle participation in the architecture, design, development, and implementation of web applications and websites. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing PHP/AJAX development efforts and contributing directly to the team's technical implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Web Development team to deliver high-quality projects on time.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of web application architecture and design principles.
  • Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience in client interaction.
  2. Strong leadership and people-management skills with a proven track record of team leading and mentoring.
  3. Proficient in PHP, HTML, MySQL, AJAX, and Flash Scripting with at least 1-2 years of coding experience.
  4. Ability to document complex technical concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.
  5. Strong understanding of HTTP fundamentals and Linux server environments.
  6. Technical expertise in web application architecture and design.
  7. Experience in web application and website development.
