Tile Installer

Install and repair various types of tiles in residential and commercial properties. Work with ceramic, porcelain, and marble tiles to create beautiful surfaces for floors, walls, and other areas.

Responsibilities:
  1. Measure and prepare surfaces for tiling.
  2. Cut and shape tiles to fit specific areas.
  3. Mix and apply adhesives to secure tiles in place.
  4. Install tiles in a variety of patterns.
  5. Repair and replace damaged or broken tiles.
  6. Ensure proper alignment and spacing of tiles.
  7. Apply grout between tiles and remove excess grout.
  8. Clean and polish installed tiles to achieve a smooth finish.
  9. Coordinate with other tradespeople on tiling projects.
  10. Adhere to safety guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a tile installer or similar role.
  2. Knowledge of different tile materials and installation techniques.
  3. Effective use of tile cutting tools.
  4. Attention to detail and accuracy in measurement and layout.
  5. Physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel, and lift heavy objects.
  6. Good communication skills for teamwork and client interaction.
  7. Flexibility to work varied hours as needed.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is $1400 per month, excluding accommodation. Additional benefits may be offered based on experience.
