Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced financial professional to join our team as a Vendor Payment Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and process vendor invoices in compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
  • C coordinate with vendors to ensure timely payments, resolve payment-related issues, and maintain positive relationships.
  • Maintain accurate financial records by reconciling vendor subsidiary ledgers with the accounting system.
  • Proactively assess cash flow requirements related to vendor payments and communicate with stakeholders accordingly.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial reconciliation, tax compliance, and vendor payments at supervisory level.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and local tax compliance regulations.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
