The Account Manager will be responsible for building trust and fostering long-term partnerships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain effective relationships with assigned customer accounts.
- Cultivate new sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Raise awareness of our products and services among customers.
- Meet or exceed revenue targets by increasing spend per account.
- Collaborate with senior management to understand customer needs and align them with our product strategies.
This role requires strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or a similar role.
- Proven ability to secure favorable terms and conditions through effective negotiation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members.
