We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Web Developer to assist in building, updating, and maintaining responsive websites and web applications. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of web technologies and a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, coding, and modification of websites from layout to function using modern web technologies.
  2. Conversion of PSD/Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect web pages.
  3. Maintenance and update of existing websites (WordPress, custom CMS, etc.).
  4. Troubleshooting and resolution of bugs or coding issues.
  5. Optimization of web pages for performance, loading speed, and SEO.
  6. Testing of websites across multiple browsers and devices for compatibility.
  7. Learning and implementation of best practices in web development and clean coding standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  2. Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
  3. Understanding of responsive frameworks like Bootstrap.
  4. Knowledge of version control tools like Git (preferred).
  5. Exposure to PHP or MySQL (a plus, not mandatory).
  6. Eagerness to learn, improve, and take constructive feedback.
  7. Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
  • Internship or academic project experience in web development is a strong advantage.
