Our team is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead month-end closing, financial reporting, and budget management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead the month-end closing process in collaboration with project teams to calculate actual costs and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Manage budgets and implement budgetary controls to achieve objectives.
• Ensure cost allocations align with agreed principles and policies.
• Oversee accounts payable function and perform core accounting and reconciliation tasks.
• Ensure accuracy of data entry in accounting software and maintain internal controls.
• Handle taxation and compliance matters, prepare statutory annual financial statements, and liaise with audits.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and other reporting matters.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
• Proven experience in finance and accounting, with sound knowledge of financial reporting, accounts payable, and taxation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Well-versed in accounting standards and latest updates, with hand-on experience in accounting software.
• Analytical and multi-tasking skills, with experience in managing multiple project timelines.
• Good understanding of budget management and implementation of budgetary controls.
