Business Finance Professional - Financial Insights and Strategic Guidance

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team, specializing in business partnering for Medical, Marcom, and other enabling departments. This role is crucial in providing financial insights, strategic guidance, and operational support to ensure effective decision-making and improved financial performance across these departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive informed decision-making. Prepare monthly management reports, variance analysis, and forecasts.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and forecasts that align with strategic objectives. Monitor budget performance, identify areas of concern, and recommend corrective actions to meet financial targets.
  • Business Partnering and Strategic Support: Provide financial guidance on business initiatives, investments, and cost management strategies. Participate in cross-functional teams to support new projects, product launches, and business expansion plans through financial analysis and business case development.
  • Financial Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in collaboration with internal audit and compliance teams. Conduct financial reviews and audits as necessary to maintain financial integrity and transparency.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across enabling departments to better understand their financial needs and provide proactive support.
