The role of a Principal Business Analyst is to orchestrate the design and implementation of business solutions that align with client expectations and industry standards. As a key player in this process, you will lead functional activities, manage stakeholder interactions, and ensure high-quality deliverables throughout various project phases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead agile project functional team activities during the build phase, ensuring efficient task prioritization, risk anticipation, and accurate effort estimation.
  • Client Demonstrations: Showcase company's template solution and customized client solutions through demo sessions.
  • Requirements confirmation: Engage with clients during the Design phase to confirm customer requirements and align them with company capabilities.
  • Gap Analysis: Identify and address gaps between project requirements and the template solution, proposing integrations into the core product where feasible.
  • Solution Design: Analyze, design, and propose solutions for individual features or entire modules, using demonstrations and supportive documentation to articulate proposals to clients.
  • Documentation: Write and maintain documentation in the form of user stories, blueprints etc., ensuring they are updated and reflect current project specifications.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders, facilitating a collaborative project environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Support the Quality Lead to develop and refine QA processes that meet industry standards, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and the documentation of defects for continuous improvement.
  • AMS Transition: Lead the transition to Application Management Services (AMS), preparing essential documentation and conducting training sessions.
  • Product Collaboration: Collaborate with the Product team to identify bugs, and propose enhancements or ideas that could be integrated into the core product.
