We are seeking a skilled professional to engage with prospective students, nurture leads, and guide them through the application process.
Key Responsibilities:- Contact prospective students who have shown interest but have not yet applied, addressing their concerns and providing relevant information.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the application conversion rate.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and engagement.
- Guide programs, admission requirements, and career prospects to help students make informed decisions.
- Implement a structured follow-up plan through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to keep potential students engaged.
- Work closely with marketing and admissions teams to align lead generation efforts with conversion goals.
- Monitor lead conversion metrics and suggest improvements for higher efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in student recruitment, sales, or lead conversion.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills to convert inquiries into applications.
- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience in the education sector is a plus.
