Job Title: Performance Management Professional

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on developing and implementing performance management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement organizational performance appraisal processes that drive employee growth and development.
  • Formulate key performance indicators and objective setting processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Implement comprehensive performance management and automation plans to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Present performance data through engaging dashboards and reports.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to represent the organization and its values in a professional manner.

Location: Islamabad

Terms & Conditions:

  • Selected candidate will be hired initially for a contract period of 5 years, with the possibility of extension.
  • Management reserves the right to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
  • Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
