Job Overview: As a Category Sales Growth Manager, you will oversee sales growth, profitability, and product selection within our lighting portfolio. This role requires a proactive approach in competitive analysis, pricing strategy, and close collaboration with marketing and data analysis teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee product selection and optimization in functional, architectural, and decorative lighting categories.
- Develop and execute strategies to boost sales and enhance profitability within each lighting category.
- Conduct competitive analysis, assess price sensitivity, and optimize pricing strategies.
- Use analytics tools like Magento, Excel, and Google Analytics to monitor category performance and make data-driven adjustments.
- Promote coordination with marketing and data analysis teams to design and launch category-specific promotions.
- Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers to align product offerings with market demands.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in category management, especially in e-commerce, B2B, or wholesale environments.
- Proficiency in Magento, Excel, and Google Analytics.
- Strong skills in competitive analysis, pricing strategies, and sales growth techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
