About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Bid Writer to craft high-quality, compelling bid responses and proposals securing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the complete bid cycle from drafting to proofreading, formatting, submission, and follow-ups.
  • Identifying and monitoring tender opportunities through portals, procurement websites, and market research.
  • Preparing high-quality, tailored bids and proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and ITTs.
  • Researching eligibility criteria, client requirements, and project scopes to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to collect data, case studies, and technical input for proposals.
  • Tracking and reporting bid outcomes, maintaining a knowledge base of successful submissions and lessons learned.
  • Responding to client queries and clarifications during and after the bidding process.
  • Interpreting tender documents and client specifications to ensure complete and compliant responses.
  • Writing, editing, proofreading, and formatting bid content to meet client expectations and submission requirements.
  • Tracking bid progress, managing submission timelines, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Responding to clarification questions and following up on submitted proposals when required.
  • Analyzing feedback from previous bids to improve future submissions.
  • Conducting thorough research to ensure compliance with tender specifications and eligibility criteria.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in English language & literature.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in bid/tender writing, proposal development, or procurement.
  • Fluent English skills with exceptional written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Work mode: Office-based work. Location: Rawalpindi Cantonment.
