Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Head to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance marketing, with experience in managing large ad budgets and achieving significant returns on investment (ROIs). You should also have expertise in data analytics, attribution modeling, and LTV forecasting.

Additionally, you should have experience working with e-commerce platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Advertising. Strong skills in email and marketing automation are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth and revenue.
  • Manage large ad budgets and achieve significant returns on investment (ROIs).
  • Utilize data analytics, attribution modeling, and LTV forecasting to inform marketing decisions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage six-figure+ monthly ad budgets.
  • Expertise in data analytics, attribution modeling, and LTV forecasting.
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Advertising.
  • Strong skills in email and marketing automation.
