The Regional Education Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality education at schools through effective leadership and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Mentor and motivate Area Teams to achieve productivity and engagement, while fostering a culture of care and growth across Areas and Schools.
  2. Elevate the quality of education in schools by implementing and monitoring inputs, as well as tracking students' learning outcomes.
  3. Design implementation plans for educational interventions and methodologies to meet goals, defining approaches and sources to assess progress and impact.
  4. Develop and execute student enrolment and retention plans in coordination with area teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  5. Implement policies and plans through school visits, classroom observation, and staff meetings, providing constructive feedback and support to Area Teams and Schools for improvement.
  6. Lead TNA for schools with support from Area Team, utilizing multi-sourced data for program development at HO level, adapting and developing instructional materials to address specific needs.
  7. Ensure quality and transparency in internal/external school evaluations and student assessments, developing remedial actions and plans.
  8. Train and support Area Teams in recruiting and retaining quality school staff, actively participating in staff appraisals and providing inputs on staff promotions, terminations, etc.
  9. Analyze interventions, resources, student results, and teacher performances to ensure alignment with set goals.
  10. Engage communities through Area Teams for effective school management and community development programs.
  11. Coordinate with respective functional departments for regional and area implementation plans, feedback on interventions, timely provision of materials and supplies, and optimal utilization of available resources.
  12. Manage and supervise MIS of education-related indicators, maintaining records and databases on student and program activities.
  13. Navigate relationships with Education Officials in Districts for conflict resolution and resourcing.
  14. Collaborate with external evaluators for data collection, documentation, and timely reporting.
