• We are seeking a highly skilled On-Farm Composting Expert to join our team. This role will involve reviewing and updating project manuals, developing business plans, and designing field-based approaches to pilot on-farm compost preparation.

• The expert must be able to travel within the region to conduct site visits and support implementation of on-farm compost preparation.">

Key Responsibilities:

• ">
• Review and update project manual for on-farm compost preparation.">
• Develop business plan for activity.">
• Design/layout compost site including tools/equipment required.">
• Support Resonance team to design field-based approach to pilot it.">
• Serve as resource on questions/queries as needed.">
• Support setting up activity at farm level as per layout and requirements.">
• Enable/support organization driving social, economic, and environmental impact.">

Deliverables:

• Develop Business Plan">
• Finalize and submit all related materials/data for on-farm compost">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• ">
• University degree in Agriculture or economics or related field.">
• 6+ years experience in agriculture with prior experience in on-farm compost preparation.">
• Practical experience designing interventions at farm level.">
• Strong report writing skills and curriculum development.">
• Strong communicator - both verbally and in writing.">

Travel Expectations:

The expert must be able to travel within the region.
