
Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and organized Front Desk Coordinator to manage our office environment. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling incoming and outgoing calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and attend to official guests with a positive welcome and maintain their visitor database accurately.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing telephone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all incoming and outgoing visitors.
- Supervise the receipt and dispatch of office couriers and parcels, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Prior work experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or Admin Assistant is essential.
Requirements- Prior work experience in a client-facing role.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
