About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage our Amazon store. As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing product listings, improving search engine visibility, and driving sales through strategic advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Optimization: Ensure our Amazon store is optimized for maximum visibility and sales by managing product listings, updating product information, and maintaining brand consistency across all listings.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Keyword Research: Utilize your expertise in SEO and keyword research to enhance product discoverability and drive organic traffic to our Amazon listings.
  • Paid Advertising: Develop and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on Amazon, using sponsored ads and other advertising tools to increase product visibility and drive sales.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of competitor activity on Amazon, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential threats to refine our strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and ROI, and prepare regular reports to analyze performance trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster positive relationships with customers through prompt and helpful responses to inquiries, addressing concerns, and soliciting feedback to continually improve the customer experience.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in managing Amazon FBA seller accounts.
  • Data-driven approach with ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
