Job Description

We are seeking an innovative researcher to lead our efforts in developing novel AI architectures for multimodal language models. The ideal candidate will integrate text, visual, and audio modalities to create scalable systems that drive business growth.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing novel AI architectures, engineering training and inference pipelines, optimizing systems and algorithms, building modular tools for preprocessing and analyzing data assets, collaborating with research and engineering teams, prototyping generative AI applications, and developing benchmarking tools to evaluate model performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Expertise in Python and PyTorch, including hands-on experience working with the full development pipeline from data processing to training and optimization.
  • Experience working with large-scale text data, or bonus interleaved data spanning multiple modalities.
  • Direct hands-on experience in developing or benchmarking LLMs, Vision Language Models, Audio Language Models, or generative video models.
