Social Media Professional

About the Role:

This role involves community management and audience engagement across several social media channels. The position reports to the Social Media team at HQ.

Candidates should possess excellent relationship, writing, and communication skills, along with a strong passion for the dynamic world of social media.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create compelling content for multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, blogs, Medium, articles, and YouTube.
  2. Manage and own the content calendar for various accounts and coordinate with key influencers and stakeholders.
  3. Execute strategic social media campaigns for new locations, events, and brand partnerships.
  4. Engage in daily community management by responding to questions, concerns, and scheduling posts.
  5. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, making recommendations for improvement.
  6. Attend events to capture and create social media content.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to produce creative assets.
  8. Contribute to brainstorming new ideas and strategies for marketing and communication.

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of social media experience.
  • Proactive, driven, and creative with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with all major social media platforms.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
  • Good eye for design and photography, with a keen instinct for on-brand content.
  • Experience in creating social media content.
  • Fluent in English.
