Job Role: We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to create exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in designing visually appealing interfaces and experience with web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Create user-friendly designs that deliver an outstanding user experience.
  • Design UX/UI layouts, implement responsive designs, and ensure a seamless user journey.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility and quality of the final product.
  • Maintain design consistency through the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate within an agile development setting.
  • Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Evaluate all design deliverables for clarity and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
  • Experience with responsive design principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
