Key Responsibilities

This role entails a range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the academic success of the students.

Some key tasks include:

  • Striving for academic excellence among students.
  • Ensuring students have access to necessary resources.
  • Monitoring and guiding teachers to optimize classroom performance.
  • Collaborating with the Principal to organize significant events.
  • Supporting the Principal in timetabling and scheduling.
  • Analyzing syllabi and curriculum plans.
  • Facilitating subject-specific planning among teachers.
  • Providing coaching on curriculum coverage and facilitating its tracking.
  • Reviewing and validating teachers' records.
  • Coordinating with Majlis on materials and providing constructive feedback.
  • Daily re-checking of teachers' work and ensuring quality control.
  • Observing and evaluating teaching practices.
  • Guiding teachers in refining their teaching methods.
  • Promoting efficiency in paperwork submission.
  • Visiting classrooms to monitor the environment and behavior.
  • Supplementing teaching when needed.
  • Working closely with teachers to compile accurate student results.
  • Offering support and training to teachers under the supervision of the Principal and Majlis.
  • Liaising with teachers and staff to create effective Parent-Teacher Meetings.
  • Maintaining communication with parents on academic matters.
  • Seeking out qualified teaching staff through collaboration with the Principal and Majlis.
  • Cultivating an atmosphere of motivation and high achievement within the institution.
  • Adhering to all additional tasks assigned to this role.
