Job Title: Financial Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Accountant to join our dynamic team. As a seasoned financial professional, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of our organization and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger, balance sheet, and profit and loss statements.
  • Internal Audits: Conduct regular internal audits to identify and correct any discrepancies or errors in financial documentation.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring timely compliance with all taxation regulations.
  • Financial Policies: Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Financial Analysis: Collaborate with the management team to analyze financial data, provide insights, and recommend strategies for cost-saving measures and increased profitability.
  • External Liaisons: Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Time Management: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of taxation laws and regulations.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
