Job Title: E-commerce Specialist/Digital Marketer

We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Specialist/Digital Marketer to manage our online sales platforms, develop digital marketing strategies, and drive traffic to our ecommerce site.

About the Role:
  • Ecommerce Management: Optimize our ecommerce platforms, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality content for product descriptions, social media posts, email campaigns, and other digital marketing materials
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and product listings for search engines, manage PPC campaigns
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, segmenting lists and targeting customer groups
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create and schedule posts, engage with followers
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless customer experience on our ecommerce platforms, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an E-commerce Specialist or Digital Marketer
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Creative mindset and ability to create engaging content
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and PPC management
  • Familiarity with email marketing and social media management tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
