Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations department, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring timely and accurate posting of financial transactions
  • Monitoring accounts payable and receivable and managing cash flow forecasts
  • Managing banking operations including handling payments, fund transfers and maintaining relationships with banks
  • Working closely with banks on loan documentation, processing, renewals, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinating with auditors for internal and external audits
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws, regulations, and internal controls
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Analyzing financial data and preparing reports for management decision-making
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Experience in dealing with banks and financial institutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Academic Qualification

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required for this role. In addition, you should possess one of the following qualifications:

  • ACCA
  • MBA (Finance)
  • BBA (Finance)
