Sales Representative (IT & Digital Services)

Mirai Honō – Tech Solutions is seeking a dynamic, target-driven Sales Representative with proven experience in IT sales, including lead generation, client conversion, and relationship management. The role involves closing deals both locally and internationally in a fast-paced tech environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business leads across local and global markets.
  2. Conduct physical meetings and visits with potential clients.
  3. Convert leads into qualified sales for digital services such as Web Development, Custom Software Solutions, Mobile & Game Development, SEO, and Digital Marketing Services.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handover.
  5. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets consistently.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in IT Sales or Digital Services Sales.
  2. Experience working with both local and international clients.
  3. Strong understanding of agency services, pricing structures, and sales pipelines.
  4. Comfortable with cold outreach, proposals, and follow-ups.
  5. Highly target-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding goals.
  6. Proficient in CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation platforms.
