  • Inventory Management

    • Coordinating raw material ordering and verifying deliveries
    • Managing financial transactions with proper documentation
    • Controlling costs and minimizing wastage
  • Staff Management & Training
    • Monitoring staff attendance and timetables
    • Evaluating staff performance and providing feedback
    • Fostering team building and training initiatives
    • Addressing staff concerns and disputes
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis
    • Preparing comprehensive financial reports for cost and profit analysis
    • Conducting business and sales analysis on a weekly and monthly basis
    • Driving growth and taking responsibility for business development
