We are looking for a skilled Client Service Coordinator to provide exceptional administrative support and client interaction. This role requires prior experience in handling international clients.
Key Tasks:
- Ensure prompt and professional communication with clients and colleagues.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings to maintain efficient calendar management.
- Develop and edit documents, reports, proposals, and content.
- Support social media management and customer service needs.
- Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and records.
- Optimize client interactions using CRM platforms.
- Monitor and manage tasks with project management tools.
- Offer general administrative assistance to senior executives.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, focusing on international client handling.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and project management tools.
- CRM system experience is beneficial.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex administrative tasks effectively.
