Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to oversee the administration of our quality management and assurance systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ISO 9001 and be able to ensure compliance with specifications, facility regulations, legislation, and corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Quality Management: Develops and implements quality management and assurance systems to meet organizational objectives.
  2. Testing Lifecycle Enhancement: Improves the efficiency of testing lifecycles by streamlining processes and ensuring effective planning, execution, and reporting.
  3. Quality System Assessment and Design: Assesses and designs quality systems that meet quality system standards, with a focus on Total Quality Management.
  4. Audit Liaison: Coordinates internal audits and ensures that all departments understand and implement the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
  5. Laboratory Management: Manages and supervises in-house laboratories, conducting testing and monitoring to ensure EPA compliance.
  6. Product Standardization: Defines and specifies standards for inspecting, testing, and evaluating company products.
  7. Product Licensing: Oversees product licensing with regulatory authorities.
Requirements
  • Minimum graduation degree from an accredited institution.
  • Proven knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and HSE.
  • Work experience as a lead auditor or in a similar role.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with ISO 9001:2008 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS) & 18001 (OSHA) certified companies.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
