
Freelance Lead Generator

We are looking for an experienced freelance professional to manage our business development initiatives as an Online Sales and Marketing Professional. The successful candidate will have a strong background in generating leads and winning projects on freelancing platforms, as well as expertise in LinkedIn lead generation and staff augmentation services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and acquire new clients on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Create high-quality proposals that meet client requirements and showcase expertise.
- Cultivate relationships with potential clients and turn leads into opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client projects efficiently and effectively.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform bidding strategies.
- Manage CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and communication.
Essential Skills:
- Proven track record of success in online bidding (especially on Upwork) within the last 1.5 to 2 years.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn lead generation principles.
- Experience in staff augmentation or IT services sales is mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Able to comprehend client needs and adapt services accordingly.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with other popular freelancing platforms such as Freelancer, Fiverr, or Guru.
- Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing or IT services.
