Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data, developing reports, and providing insights to support data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Google Looker Studio and Excel to track KPIs related to recovery staff performance, resident invoices, and inventory tracking.
  • Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Automate data processing tasks in MS Excel and Google Sheets for efficiency.
  • Review CRM reports, filter, and clean data for accurate analysis.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support different departments with data-driven insights.
  • Maintain high-quality data accuracy and integrity.
  • Maintain and update data repositories in Google Sheets and Excel, ensuring data is organized, accessible, and up-to-date.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as: MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Looker Studio, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree.
  • Relevant Experience in Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Location: Lahore (Gulberg).
  • Experience: 2-3 years.
