Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target high-ticket projects on Upwork that align with our expertise, showcasing exceptional research and targeting skills.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market rates, project scopes, and client needs, ensuring seamless communication and successful project execution.
  • Craft persuasive proposals that demonstrate value proposition and showcase past successes, leveraging excellent written communication skills.
  • Tailor proposal content to specific client requirements, ensuring a high response rate through effective messaging and clear understanding of client needs.
  • Schedule and lead discovery calls with potential clients to understand project scope and clarify any queries, building rapport and trust through consultative approach.
  • Manage ongoing communication with prospects and existing clients through Upwork, ensuring prompt follow-ups, documented meeting notes, and coordinated next steps.
  • Keep Upwork profiles updated with compelling portfolios, client testimonials, and case studies, highlighting achievements and expertise.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Sales & Negotiation: Demonstrated ability to negotiate terms and close deals effectively, leveraging consultative approach and strong communication skills.
  • Discovery Calls: Experience in leading introductory/discovery calls, with a consultative approach to identifying client needs and delivering value.
  • Platform Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Upwork algorithms, best practices, and community guidelines, staying up-to-date with platform changes and updates.
  • Organization: Exceptional time-management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and delivering results.
