UAT Tester Position

We seek a meticulous and proactive UAT tester to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will focus on post-release and post-implementation testing of our Mobile Application, ensuring high-quality user experiences across both English and local language versions.

Main Responsibilities

The chosen individual will conduct thorough post-release and post-implementation UAT testing for mobile applications in both English and local languages.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and execute test cases based on defined business requirements.
  • Identify, document, and report bugs and issues to development teams; ensure timely resolution and retesting.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on testing progress and escalate potential risks or blockers to the UAT Project Lead.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for test cases, test results, and defect logs to support formal sign-off processes.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance testing processes, tools, and UAT workflows for improved efficiency.
Required Qualifications and Skills

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field is required.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in mobile app testing or end-user testing is essential.
  • Hands-on experience testing Android mobile applications is necessary.
  • Proficiency with REST API testing tools such as Postman is required.
  • Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot issues using AWS CloudWatch is needed.
  • Experience in e-Commerce or Fintech environments is beneficial.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and experience in fast-paced, dynamic project environments are crucial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities is desired.
Work Environment & Physical Demands

This role requires the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

This position is based in a standard office environment, but hybrid or remote work arrangements may be considered based on business needs.
