Finance Assistant Manager Role

This position involves assisting in the financial management of an organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in finance, accounting, and taxation.

The Finance Assistant Manager will work closely with the finance team to provide support in various areas such as financial analysis, budgeting, and tax compliance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing financial reports and conducting financial analysis to support decision-making.
  • Assisting in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations.
  • Working with tax advisors to develop tax-efficient strategies and identify potential tax savings opportunities.
  • Providing audit support and assistance in internal and external audits.
  • Supporting the month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Managing cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

This role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
