Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in lead generation, cold calling, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and research potential businesses with packaging needs through online platforms, directories, and databases.

  2. Initiate calls with businesses to pitch custom box packaging services, building interest and rapport.

  3. Establish strong, long-term relationships with potential clients by providing solutions that align with their packaging requirements.

  4. Track and manage leads and follow-ups using a CRM system, ensuring consistent communication and follow-through until orders are secured.

  5. Drive efforts to close deals and secure packaging orders by understanding customer needs and conveying the value of our offerings.

  6. Stay updated on packaging trends and competitor offerings to better position our business within the market.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Exceptional verbal and written American English communication skills, with a persuasive and confident phone manner.

  • Proven experience of at least 3–5 years in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation, preferably within the packaging, manufacturing, or B2B sales sector.

  • Strong research skills with the ability to find and qualify leads independently.

  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results.
