About the Role

As a Data Insights Specialist, you will play a key part in transforming raw data into useful information, focusing on developing reports and providing support to senior analysts working with data from enterprise systems.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to assist in the design, development, and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions. In this role, you will work closely with senior analysts to translate business needs into technical requirements for data extraction and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Support senior analysts in developing reports and analytical solutions using Oracle's native reporting tools (OTBI, BIP) and other BI platforms.
  • Conduct basic data analysis to identify initial trends and patterns.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand data needs and contribute to reporting solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all reports and outputs.

Required Qualifications:

  • 0-1 years of experience in a data-related role, or a recent graduate with relevant project experience.
  • Basic to intermediate SQL skills, with the ability to write and understand standard queries.
  • Familiarity with or a strong interest in business intelligence tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • A foundational understanding of data concepts, including databases and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
