The role of a Finance & Admin Officer is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the programme. This includes managing logistics, financial matters, personnel, and general administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and manage travel for the project team according to established policies.
  • Provide logistical support for project activities, including selecting cost-effective venues and handling reimbursements.
  • Act as the focal person for financial and accounting matters.
  • Facilitate effective fund management and oversee the finance section, including payments, tax deductions, salaries, and budget reviews.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong communication skills. They should also be familiar with financial software and have experience in procurement and inventory management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as accounting, finance, or business administration.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
