Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to oversee and manage administrative operations, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow.

The ideal candidate will have proven working experience in a similar role and excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems for the organization.
  2. Coordinate and supervise day-to-day activities of the administrative team.
  3. Handle facility management, including maintenance, repairs, and security.
  4. Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement of necessary equipment.
  5. Support HR functions, such as recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  6. Maintain records, prepare reports, and assist in budget planning and control.
  7. Develop and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and handle disputes.
  8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as an Administration Manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
