Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Management Specialist to join our team at 92 News HD.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, including supervising staff, maintaining facilities, and overseeing administrative tasks.

  • Supervise office staff and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality performance;
  • Maintain office facilities, including equipment and supplies, to ensure optimal working conditions;
  • Oversee administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping;
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for senior staff members;
Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in office management or a related field;
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders;
