Technical Lead - Backend Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to spearhead the backend development of our web-based project management platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and building scalable, efficient, and secure backend services using Python (FastAPI or Django). They will also work closely with the founder and business team to translate product requirements into reliable, well-architected applications.

The ideal candidate will have end-to-end responsibility for both backend and frontend development, with flexibility in choosing the right tools and approaches. They will be comfortable working independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability, and possess a solid understanding of REST APIs, JWT authentication, and frontend/backend integration.

We offer a dynamic and collaborative environment where you can build the central product of a financial company from the ground up. You will shape the technical foundation without bureaucracy or legacy constraints, and collaborate directly with decision-makers for fast iteration and real impact.
