Regional Sales Leader

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Regional Sales Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and Martech tools, as well as experience in B2B sales with a track record of exceeding targets.

This is a hunter mindset role that demands a deep understanding of consultative selling and the ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and drive growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation deal closure.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Building and managing a strong pipeline of mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Developing tailored solutions that align with client needs and business challenges
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful product demonstrations and proposals
  • Consistently meeting and exceeding revenue and activity-based targets
  • Maintaining CRM accuracy and providing reliable sales forecasts
  • Tracking and reporting sales metrics, pipeline progress, and market insights
  • Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions

The requirements for this role include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 3-6 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS or Solution Sales with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and Martech tools
  • Familiarity with sales tools like CRM systems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
