At our organization, we're pushing the boundaries of AI innovation. We're seeking a skilled Artificial Intelligence Developer to join our team and contribute to the creation of cutting-edge AI systems.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and deploying advanced agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith. They will work closely with our team to architect and optimize agentic workflows, integrate large language models for advanced reasoning and task automation, and build and maintain modular, reusable tool integrations for agent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and related frameworks.
  • Integrate large language models for advanced reasoning and task automation.
  • Build and maintain modular, reusable tool integrations for agent pipelines.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, backend/frontend engineers, and designers to define, build, and iterate on agent-based features.
  • Develop monitoring and evaluation processes for agent performance using LangSmith or equivalent tooling.
  • Implement robust testing, versioning, and CI/CD for agent pipelines in production.
  • Stay up-to-date with advances in the agentic AI ecosystem and troubleshoot, debug, and optimize agent-based systems for scale, reliability, and low-latency performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Python Engineer, with strong experience in agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith.
  • Demonstrated experience building, deploying, and monitoring agentic workflows (chains, graphs, or multi-agent systems).
  • Hands-on experience integrating with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, open-source LLMs).
  • Proficiency in backend frameworks such as FastAPI and/or Django (including DRF).
  • Deep experience with database integration (PostgreSQL, NoSQL), API design (REST/GraphQL), and third-party API integrations.
  • Expertise in containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)
  • Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern software engineering best practices.
  • Familiarity with async Python (async/await), API performance optimization, and testing frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Clear, effective communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAgents, or other modern agent frameworks.
  • Experience working with evaluation tools such as LangSmith.
  • Prior experience building autonomous AI agents for real-world business problems.
